TaeKwonDo Testing

On December 6th, Coby tested for his Senior Red belt. It was an amazing testing. After having been a red belt since February, it was time for a change. Coby, who up until now was having trouble breaking his boards, went through both of them like they were not even there. After the testing several instructors told us that his form and sparring were phenomenal as well. So now Coby is a Senior Red belt. In February he tests for his BLACK BELT!!!! Way to go Coby!!!

My 8th Birthday!

Coby turned 8 years old on December 1st, and got to celebrate his birthday multiple times! He had a small party at school, then a party with Saba Danny and the whole family (Saba Danny's birthday is November 29th), then at a fun gymnastics birthday party for all of his friends. He got tons of cool presents! We just can't believe he's already 8!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY COBY!!!!

Thanksgiving

This year, for the first time, we hosted Thanksgiving at our house. Thankfully, mommy didn't have to do most of the cooking! Safta Tova and Saba Danny did the hard work. We had a pretty big group come. In addition to Safta and Saba, we also had Grandma Claudia and Grandpa Alan, our good friends Iris and Hod (and their kids Gal and Itay), and Shirley, Josh, Mike, and Danielle. We had a great time, and the highlight of the evening was Coby giving his annual "I am thankful" speech. We ended the evening by playing Guitar Hero World Tour. It was a fun time for everyone!
